Source One Environment Inc Covid-19 Update

At Source One Environmental, the safety and well-being of our employees, family members, and customers we serve continue to remain our top priority. As COVID-19 continues to evolve, we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure we take all precautions to keep our team members healthy and safe. While taking guidance from the CDC, and abiding by all local, state, and federal guidelines, we would like to share some of our ongoing procedures we have put in place to protect our employees and facilities.

Section 1 - Awareness: It is our utmost care and concern to protect our employees, families and customers. We encourage our employees to take responsibility to inform or report any contact with COVID-19 or suspect contact. All employees with suspected contact will be sent home and monitored, only to return with a required work notice from their doctor.

Section 2 - Options: If feasible, we will allow employees to work from home depending on job responsibilities. Pay will remain the same. If the option to work at home does not exist, we will work to maintain their employment status. For all employees, whether working from home or working onsite, mangers/supervisors will work to create flexible schedule where possible. We will remain open to conversations, and if possible, altered schedules.

Section 3 - Cleanliness: We will continue to acquire and purchase automated Purell dispensers and Clorox wipes for all public and common areas. We will continue to practice social distancing in all areas and the building will be cleaned professionally every day. In addition, we will be using Molders, Quality, Supervisors, Maintenance and Managers to regularly clean common surface areas such as lunch tables, microwaves, refrigerators, doors, carts, pallet jacks, fork truck controls, computers and screens, work stations and tools, and any other commonly touched items as well as asking employees to help clean as often as possible. We have equipped all work areas including every machine and every shipping area with a cleaning solution and paper towels along with hand sanitizer. Managers will be constantly walking the floor educating and monitoring proper cleaning etiquette. Social distancing will be encouraged, and a clean work area before starting work will be enforced.

Going forward, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation to stay abreast of the changing landscapes. Please be patient and look out for one another. We will get through this together and be stronger than ever.

Sincerely,
Mark Cooper
