Flat Bags are perfected standard air bags. Due to the construction the entire bag surface lifts evenly providing a constant lifting force independent of the lifting height.
The leveled bag surface provides a larger contact surface and an improved safety during use, especially when two or even three bags are placed one top of each other.
These bags are made from a wear resistant rubber compound and are Kevlar cord reinforced. The lifting performance graphs, which with the classic air bags sometimes were rather complicated, are therefore no longer required.
Up to three Flat-Form bags of the same size can be stacked. For example three 36”x36” bags can be stacked for a total of 35 tons of lifting power at a 24” height.
