Source 1 Environmental, headquartered in Davison, Michigan, will be open for business on January 5, 2009. The company will provide a solution based product offering that supports the environment, water management and infrastructure rehabilitation. Their Executive Team will consist of the following:

Ron Smith, VP of Diversified Business. Smith will oversee all aspects of S1E. He comes to the company with 10 years of industry experience. Smith was previously employed by Fernco, Inc. as National Sales Manager. He received his B.A. from Albion College and a Masters Degree in Management & Organizational Leadership from Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan.

Jeff Urbanski, Director of Operations. Urbanski will manage S1E North American Operations. Urbanski was previously employed by Fernco, Inc. for 4.5 years and held the position of Market Manager for both the Underground and PipePatch Divisions. He received his B.A. from Albion College and a Masters Degree of Management and Organizational Behavior, from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.

Chad Miller, Sales Representative, Eastern Region. Miller will manage sales for the Eastern Region for S1E. Miller worked for Fernco, Inc. for 2.5 years as a Sales Coordinator handling both the Underground and PipePatch market. Chad Miller brings over 8.5 years of experience to S1E. He previously worked for Wolgast Corporation in Freeland, Michigan, as an underground contractor. Chad Miller is a member of the APWA Michigan Chapter and the National Rural Water Association.

Mike Moore, Sales Representative, Western Region. Moore will manage sales for the Western Region of S1E. Moore worked for Fernco, Inc. for 2 years as a Sales Coordinator. He is a Business and Marketing Graduate from Siena Heights University. Before completing his degree, Mike Moore was an intern at Fernco, Inc. He also worked for the Toledo Mud Hens minor league baseball organization in sales and marketing. Mike Moore is a member of the APWA Ohio Chapter.
