Oct. 2015- Davison, Mich.: Source One Environmental (S1E) continues to develop and expand operations, welcoming five new employees to their team this October. These employees will provide additional experience within S1E and Fernco, Inc.
As a leader in the trenchless infrastructure and CIPP markets, S1E continues to look for ways to support their growing customer base. With a goal to continue offering outstanding customer satisfaction and a broader range of products, S1E views the additional employees as a sign of their commitment to remaining the leading company in the industry.

S1E has hired two Regional Sales Managers, two Technical Sales Support Specialists and a Canadian Sales Manager.
“The addition of our team members will continue to strengthen our position in the market and we look forward to their added experience for our customer base to benefit from,” Smith said.
Joining the U.S. Team
Martha Hood
Regional Sales Manager
Formerly the District Sales Manager, Great Lakes Region at NDS, Martha Hood brings considerable experience in residential construction and water management solutions. Joining S1E as a Regional Sales Manager Hood’s primary focus will be engaging with CIPP contractors to determine their individual and industry needs. Hood will be tasked with partnering our growing contractor base with our strong municipal market.
Larry Lamphere
Regional Sales Manager
Larry Lamphere will also be joining S1E as a Regional Sales Manager with strong relationships in the industrial and municipal markets. As the previous Sales Manager at Mersino, Inc., Lamphere has extensive experience in the wastewater and storm water markets. With the desire to provide customers with 100% satisfaction, Lamphere is dedicated to creating a strong partnership between S1E and our customers.
Brad Miller
Technical Sales Support Specialist
Previously part of the Assembly & Distribution team at S1E, Brad Miller has a detailed understanding of every S1E product and installation technique. Miller has a strong work-ethic, coupled with a hands-on mechanical background. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, Miller will be a CIPP technical consultant, providing education, training and on-site demos to customers throughout the United States.
Cooper Ellis
Technical Sales Support Specialist
Formerly an Applications Technician at ITW Engineered Polymers, Cooper Ellis will also join S1E as a Technical Sales Support Specialist serving all territories in the United States. With an extensive background in coatings, CIPP technology and field-work, Ellis is a great addition to the team. Ellis will provide customers with on-site consultations for installations and applications of S1E products.
Joining the Canadian Team
Anthony Pizzi
Canadian Sales Manager
As the second Canadian Sales Manager for both S1E and Fernco, Anthony Pizzi will work in the plumbing, waterworks and CIPP industries throughout Canada. Employed previously by Masco Canada as a Regional Sales Manager, Pizzi will bring innovative plumbing and underground solutions to the hands of plumbers, contractors and municipalities. Pizzi will work within our existing Canadian network to provide trenchless solutions such as S1E’s PipePatch and the full range of Fernco products.
